No. Both editions have TMR sticks. They read the stick with magnets instead of parts that wear down, so there's no drift. On the MH5 Marius you can also set the stick tension, from 30 to 80 gf.

On the off chance a stick ever does drift, it can be recalibrated. On the PS5 edition, follow Aim's TMR calibration steps. On the Xbox edition, recalibrate it in the Xbox Accessories app on your Xbox or PC. The one for the console you play on. Both work on PC too. The PS5 Pro+ has remappable rear paddles, active triggers and digital buttons. The Xbox Pro+ has four paddles with a remapping chip for up to 12 buttons, smart digital triggers and bumpers, and adjustable stick height with 2 sets of AimSticks.

My paddle layout is on the Controller page, with what each paddle does. Copy it, then tune from there. To remap them, Aim's guide has the steps for both the PS5 and Xbox editions.

Expel+ gets a new meta loadout every day at 10 AM Central. Expel's videos usually go up around 3:30 PM Central. The Videos page shows both times in your time zone.
